LeadReply operates a missed call auto-reply SMS service. When a customer calls a business phone number registered with LeadReply and does not receive an answer, an automated SMS message is sent to that caller on behalf of the business.
End-users (callers) provide implicit consent to receive SMS messages by initiating a phone call to a LeadReply-registered business number. The act of calling the number constitutes the caller's intent to communicate with that business. The automated SMS is sent solely as a direct response to their attempted contact. No unsolicited messages are ever sent to numbers that have not first called a registered business.
Message frequency varies. Callers will receive one automated SMS per missed call to a LeadReply-registered number. Additional messages may be sent if the caller continues to engage in the conversation.
Message and data rates may apply depending on the caller's mobile carrier plan. LeadReply is not responsible for any charges incurred by recipients from their mobile carriers.
Recipients can opt out of receiving SMS messages from a LeadReply-registered business at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, no further messages will be sent from that business number to that recipient. To re-enable messages, the recipient may reply START.
Recipients who need assistance can reply HELP to any message or contact us directly at support@leadreplygroup.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to network availability and carrier policies.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. SMS message logs are retained for 90 days. Call records are retained for 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@leadreplygroup.com.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately.
