Welcome to LeadReply Group ("LeadReply," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our missed call automation platform and SMS messaging services. By accessing or using LeadReply services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
LeadReply provides a missed call auto-reply automation platform that enables local businesses and marketing agencies to automatically send SMS text messages to customers who call a registered business phone number and do not receive an answer. Services include:
The following disclosures apply to all SMS communications sent through the LeadReply platform:
End-users (callers) provide implicit consent to receive SMS messages by placing a phone call to a LeadReply-registered business number. The act of calling constitutes the caller's intent to communicate with that business. Automated SMS messages are sent solely as a direct response to the caller's own inbound call. No unsolicited messages are sent to any phone number that has not first initiated contact by calling a registered number.
Recipients may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from a LeadReply number. Upon receipt of a STOP message, no further SMS messages will be sent from that business number to that phone number. Recipients may re-enable messages by replying START. For help, recipients may reply HELP or contact support@leadreplygroup.com.
To use LeadReply services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

LeadReply offers subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
Each subscription plan includes a monthly SMS allowance:
SMS counts reset on the first day of each calendar month. If your monthly limit is reached, a fallback message will be sent to callers instructing them to call back directly. Upgrading your plan will immediately restore full SMS functionality.
All content, features, and functionality of the LeadReply platform — including software, text, graphics, logos, and designs — are owned by LeadReply Group and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without prior written consent.
LeadReply services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
SMS delivery is subject to carrier availability, network conditions, and factors outside our control. LeadReply is not liable for undelivered or delayed messages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadReply Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, or lost business opportunities arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to LeadReply in the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadReply Group, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses including legal fees arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
Your use of LeadReply services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of LeadReply complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and all applicable state laws governing SMS communications and consumer protection.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of LeadReply services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
